
Made from the albariño pulp. First of all, orujos and the twelve aromatic herbs are distilled (camomile,
coriander, licorice, nutmeg …). The distillation obtained is aged and afterwards sugar is added up to the
right alcohol volume. Finally, a control analysis is made, prior to the very last processes: filtering and bottling.
